Agreement to Terms

Welcome to GetListingScore. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetListingScore platform, including our website at getlistingscore.com, your account dashboard, property scoring tools, listing score reports, visit score features, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, clicking a registration button, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Our Role

GetListingScore is a property intelligence and risk scoring platform that aggregates publicly available data — including flood zone designations, wildfire risk, seismic data, crime indices, school ratings, environmental hazards, and insurance risk indicators — for residential properties in the continental United States.

GetListingScore is a data aggregation and reporting tool. It is not a real estate brokerage, appraisal service, home inspection company, or insurance provider. Reports generated through the Platform do not constitute professional real estate advice, appraisals, inspections, environmental assessments, or insurance recommendations.

All data provided through the Platform is sourced from third-party public records and data providers. While we work to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any data. Users are solely responsible for their own home purchase and investment decisions.

Eligibility & Accounts

Age & Location Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in the continental United States to use the Platform. The Platform's property data covers US residential addresses across the 48 continental states and Washington D.C. only. We do not provide service to users outside this area.

Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. When registering you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign up using an email address and password, or through Google Sign-In.

Account Types

The Platform currently offers the following account types:

• Free Trial Account — available to any qualifying individual at no cost, including 3 Listing Score reports and unlimited Visit Score access
• Homebuyer Starter — a one-time purchase providing 5 Listing Score reports plus unlimited Visit Score
• Homebuyer Pro — a one-time purchase providing 10 Listing Score reports plus unlimited Visit Score
• Agent Business — a monthly subscription providing unlimited Listing Score reports, unlimited Visit Score, and agent dashboard features

Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GetListingScore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes:

• Running Listing Score reports on properties you are actively considering purchasing
• Using the Visit Score tool to evaluate and rate properties you personally visit
• Accessing your report history and account dashboard
• Sharing reports with your real estate agent or other authorized parties
• Using the Platform for personal, non-commercial home buying research

Commercial use — including reselling reports, incorporating data into third-party products, or running bulk reports — requires a separate written agreement with GetListingScore.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute property reports or underlying data without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial or credit limits
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Plans & Fees

Free Trial

Free trial accounts receive 3 Listing Score reports and unlimited Visit Score access at no charge. No credit card is required to register for a free trial. Free trial credits do not expire.

Paid Plans

Homebuyer Starter and Homebuyer Pro plans are one-time purchases. Agent Business is a monthly subscription. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a plan you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.

Refunds

One-time plan purchases (Starter, Pro) are non-refundable once credits have been used. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel an Agent Business subscription, your access continues through the end of the paid period.

Fair Use

The Agent Business plan includes unlimited Listing Score reports subject to a fair use cap of 15 Listing Score reports per day. This limit exists to prevent automated abuse and does not affect normal professional use.

Property Data & Reports

Listing Score reports aggregate data from multiple third-party public sources including FEMA flood maps, USGS seismic data, USDA wildfire risk data, EPA environmental databases, FBI crime statistics, and school rating data. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

GetListingScore makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data in our reports. Property risk conditions can change. You should independently verify any data that is material to your home purchase decision and consult qualified professionals — including licensed home inspectors, environmental consultants, and insurance brokers — before making any purchase.

Report credits are consumed when a Listing Score report is generated. Credits are non-transferable and tied to the account that purchased them.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to the Stripe Terms of Service
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication. Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• ip-api.com — geographic verification for service area restrictions
• Public data providers — FEMA, USGS, EPA, and other government and commercial data sources used to generate property reports

GetListingScore is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all of its content, features, and functionality — including the software, scoring methodology, user interface, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by GetListingScore and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent. Individual property reports you generate are licensed to you for personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Platform, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose, including to improve the Platform. We are not obligated to compensate you for feedback.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PROPERTY RISK DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS SOURCED FROM THIRD-PARTY PUBLIC RECORDS AND IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. GETLISTINGSCORE REPORTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE, APPRAISAL, INSPECTION, ENVIRONMENTAL, OR INSURANCE ADVICE. USERS ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON PLATFORM DATA.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETLISTINGSCORE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY PROPERTY REPORTS GENERATED THROUGH IT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GETLISTINGSCORE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetListingScore and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
• Any decisions you make based on data or reports from the Platform

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@getlistingscore.com. Unused report credits are forfeited upon account closure and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Virginia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes with GetListingScore on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of GetListingScore after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
